1. My password doesn't work!

- That's an easy one. First double check that you've entered the right one (It's case sensitive so be careful). If it's still not working, click on the Forgot password link on the login page. A new password will be sent to you in a text message. There's also a link on the login screen on the GameJane web that you can click and a new password will be sent to you.

2. There's no one to play with!

- That's not a problem. Just send a challenge to one of your friends, even if they are offline. I'm sure they'll play with you. You can also send an invitation from The Lobby to a friend who is not yet a registered player. Or you challenge me and practice a game. That will help you face your opponents!

3. I am 100% sure I won the game but it says I lost!

- If you're sure that you actually won the game, let me know. I'll check and get back to you!

4. I had all this money in my account and now it says I have no credit!
- Alright, are you sure you haven't just used it all up? Check out the transaction history in The Lobby or on the website. If there is a problem, contact me using the support form and I will look into your account.

5. How do I get my friends to play?

- There are several ways to do this. You can ask them nicely to register online. When you are in The Lobby or signed in on the website there is a special function that lets you invite new players by sending them an invitation. Spread the word and get your friends connected!

6. All of a sudden I was logged out of my session - what's that all about?

- You probably lost your connection! Make sure you're in an area with a decent reception when you play. Unfortunately you automatically lose the game if your connection goes. Call your operator and complain.

7. Who's the best player? I have to see if I can beat him!

- You think you can? There's a ranking list in The Lobby. Here you can check out who the best player is and challenge them.

8. What happens if I get a new handset?

- Don't worry, you still have your account and everything remains unchanged. All you need to do is download and install GameJane again and log in as usual.

9. GameJane keeps stalling on me - it's really annoying!

- You're probably in an area with a bad connection. If this keeps happening, download and install a new version of GameJane. If that doesn't help you, contact us using the support form on this website.

10. I have no more money on my account!

- Then you better fill it up quickly before someone challenges you! The smartest way to do this is to make a deposit using your credit card. You can do this by following the instructions in the Deposit section on the web. If you can't wait you can also make a deposit via SMS. Log in to My Account section on this website and read all about it.

11. Do I have to pay for GameJane?

- There's a 25% rake of every completed challenge or tournament. GameJane is free to download: no starting fee, no subscription, and no contracts. Sure, it costs money to send data, just like with any free wireless application. But you pay those costs to your mobile service provider. We don’t make a cent off that. Which is fine by us; it’s not much money anyway. Please contact your provider if you would like more information about your data transfer costs. GameJane itself is free and won't appear on your phone bill at all.

If you run out of your registration bonus credits, you need to make a credit card or sms deposit to your GameJane account in order to play.

12. Is this even legal?

-Sure, if you've read our terms and conditions and follow the rules in there, then there's no problem. Different countries have different laws regarding skill gaming. But you should know that it's not gambling or a lottery since you're playing skill games against real opponents. Remember that it's an over 18 rule - no matter what country you're in.
